As a size 12W-13 myself, I know what its like not being able to find the right size shoe in a variety of styles. Instead of getting excited and feeling glamourous, I get filled with a sense of frustration.

Here at Sole Solution, our goal is to offer our clients sophisticated, trendy and stylish women's shoes for sizes 10, 11, 12, 13 and larger. Normally, we don't carry a style unless it comes in at least a size 12, however, we do entertain special requests for all sizes. Returns and exchanges are offered on your purchases. The following conditions do apply:

• Returns must be unworn, unmarked and returned in its original packaging with invoice.
• A 30-day return policy applies from the date of shipping.
• Products marked Clearance are final sale and not eligible for refund.
• Pending inspection, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on any returns. Customers are responsible for any customs, tariffs, and/or additional charges.
